We work with clients who are ready and willing to creatively and courageously interrogate the systems and cultural narratives that produce and justify ecological breakdown, extraction, and structural inequality.

Culture Hack Labs & the Rhizome Fellowship
Narrative-led Systems Change for Futures of Interbeing
As the relational director at Culture Hack Labs, Aubrey facilitates the Rhizome Fellowship, a program for narrative change practitioners focused on the transition to a post-Anthropocentric world. She also leads network building and systems change projects using the Culture Hack methodology.
Currently they are supporting a network focused on the Future of Work(ers) for the Ford Foundation.

As the Steward of Living Systems for Project Biome, Aubrey is supporting the launch of the global mission and vision for this organization.
Project Biome’s guiding star is to serve as the connective tissue for organizations around the world working towards regeneration, rewilding and reconnecting human cultures with nature.
Ford Foundation
Future of Work(ers) Narrative-Led Systems Change
In partnership with the Ford Foundation and some 14+ of their grantee organizations, we engaged in a year long process to understand the futures of work(ers) in ways that would help to shift complex adaptive systems of work and extractive capitalism towards futures of thriving for the most vulnerable of the world’s workers.
This included in person convenings where we designed narrative-led systems change interventions and built strong collaborations between the previously disparate organizations.
Farmer’s Footprint
Futures of Glyphosate
Immersive storytelling is a powerful futures methodology that allows participants to somatically and theatrically experience alternative and preferred visions of the future.
Aubrey designed a Futures of Glyphosate experience in partnership with Farmers Footprint & the Center for Food Saftey. This experience was held during a donor engagement event at Commune in Topanga Valley California.
The Omidyar Fellows
As the Network Weaver for The Omidyar Fellows, Aubrey co-designed and supported the Forum of Fellows network of 100+ emerging leaders in Hawaiʻi.
She created a series vibrant virtual and in person learning journeys and convening to help Fellows design and launch systems change initiatives across the State of Hawaiʻi.
